Led the conversion of a listed former ministry into a luxury hotel, delivered on time and on budget.

Y Towers, Amsterdam | Mixed-use high-rise / Hospitality
Two high-rise towers in central Amsterdam, delivered under Duarte's leadership of AECOM Netherlands.

Line 15 East, Grand Paris Express | Metro infrastructure
23 km of new automated metro and 12 stations. Covering PMO-level risk management, project controls and station engineering.

Schiphol Airport Capital Programme | Aviation
Delivered project management of construction logistics and phasing across the airport's multi-year capital programme, keeping one of Europe's busiest airports fully operational throughout. Also led the pursuit that won the design of Pier A, Schiphol's ninth and most sustainable pier..

Saint-Gobain Plasterboard Plant, Paris | Industrial manufacturing
Co-led the revamp of an operating plant, including a new 80,000 m² production hall and 100,000m2 automated logistics development, delivered on time and on budget while production continued.

New Princess Grace Hospital, Monaco | Healthcare
Set up and led the EPCM consortium delivering a 95,000 m² landmark hospital on one of Europe's most constrained urban sites.

Downstream & Mobility Programme for Energy major | Benelux & France | Energy & Mobility
A rolling multi-country capital programme covering retail, mobility and manufacturing sites, including EV charging, hydrogen and energy hub roll-outs. Led programme and construction management for the portfolio across three countries.

Chemours Green Hydrogen Facility Expansion, France | Energy transition
Led the pursuit that won AECOM the project management of Chemours' expansion of its Nafion™ facility, a key material for green hydrogen electrolysers. Shaped the win strategy, the delivery model and the day-one team, and then directed its delivery.

AECOM Netherlands, Belgium & France | Business leadership
As Managing Director, led a business of 400 staff across three business lines to consistent 10%+ annual growth, and built a construction services business across Northern Europe from 4 to 160 people. Later led AECOM's energy transition growth strategy across eight European countries (future fuels, energy storage, grid).
